As a Nominet Registrar, I offer UK domain name registration and management services to a very small number of Brandwise clients. As such, I do not offer any registration services directly to the public.

I charge private clients £5 a year for domain name registration and domain name renewal. UK domain names can be registered and renewed for 1-10 years.
Renewal notices are sent out not more than 30 days before the renewal date. Reminders will also be sent at regular intervals.
Should you wish to move a domain name or names to another Registrar, you are free to do so at any time and without charge. To request this please email me at email@example.com.
Hosting or related services are available at a price to be agreed depending on requirements.
I aim to offer the highest level of service at all times.
I offer customer and technical support by email, seven days a week, and aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours. Nominet requires all Registrars to respond to customer service enquiries within five days.

In keeping with best practice, any domain name that I register on a client's behalf will be registered in the client's name, or as requested, and not in my name.
The Nominet TAG that I use for clients is BRANDWISE.

When I receive your complaint I will acknowledge it within five working days and will then fully investigate your complaint and aim to respond within 10 working days. If the situation requires a longer investigation, I will contact you within 10 working days to inform you of this and let you know when you can expect our response.
